Did you know?

Today's tip of the day: Dancing, as well as being fun is also a great way to excercise, burn calories, and lose weight. You can burn as many calories dancing (depending on the type of dance) as you can riding a bike, or walking.

Dancing can also improve your mood, balance and coordination, and tone your muscles.

So, if you're stressed, burned out, and anxious, sign up for a dance class or grab onto some of the cool dance videos you can find on the web or in stores. No one will ever know!
